Zoom workshop - Upside Down Coloring Book

The Kentucky Heritage Quilt Society invites you to

our third Zoom Workshop “Upside Down Coloring Book” with Charla Sky, Coordinator, Quilt Artists of Kentucky

March 27, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm ET

All Skill Levels Welcome!

All levels of experience are welcome!

If you have always wanted to know how to use a coloring book page for a sewing design this class is for you. All levels are welcome! First we will draw a simple 3 shape design and sew it to learn the technique. Then we will successfully sew a fish, and if you need more practice, we’ll make a flower and mandala using the technique. After that you can choose your own coloring book page to do yourself. You can take this technique and make endless creations. How much fun would this be to turn your children or grandchildren’s art into quilts while learning bobbin-work at the same time (the upside down part)!

Cost: $5.00, non-refundable, unless KHQS cancels the event.

Registration opens:  February 27, 2021
